Christchurch's Best Butcher

We’ve always been confident that our Butchers are a cut above the rest and recently we had a chance to prove this. James Brears, Butchery 2IC recently won the prestigious Young Butcher of the Year competition for the Canterbury Region. He will shortly compete in the National Final.
