Three ingredients that many households may be unfamiliar with are tofu, hokkien noodles and polenta. What are these you may ask?

Tofu

Tofu is made from soybean curd and is popular amongst vegetarian and Asian communities. With features including low fat and low cholesterol, this easy to digest ingredient is regarded as a healthy part of high protein low-carb lifestyles. Thanks for taking the time to comment, all our in store butchery departments should have a selection of free farmed chicken (Waitoa Free Range) and fresh NZ pork (Freedom Farms) available, and if they don't I would simply request some assistance form our in store butcher's and they should be able to source some to satisfy your needs.

Could you please start stocking FREE RANGE CHICKENS (Whole chickens and thighs). Also FREE RANGE PORK roasts, chops, etc. Thanks
