Hi, from Katie & Jeff, Local Owners
You've probably seen us when you shop at our store but may not
have known who we are. I'm Katie Yates and this is my husband Jeff.
We've got two grown-up children, Ben and Lucy. Fitz the dog just
had to get in on the shot.
We've owned and operated New World Carterton for six years since
2005. We came here after six years at New World Kuripuni in
Masterton. Before that we had New World Wairoa for eight years -
Jeff's home town.
We love being part of warm and friendly small town communities -
that's where we feel most comfortable.
If you live in the community and we don't know you already, we
would love to meet you. Next time you are instore please be sure to
say "hi". You'll find us working alongside our great team, giving
you the very best service and value.
Thank you for your support, see you instore soon!
Katie and Jeff Yates

New World Carterton
Work is underway to make us bigger and
better
We're pleased to say our extensions to New World Carterton are
now underway, starting in early April. Before the end of the year
you will be shopping in a bigger, better local supermarket - one
that's 25 per cent bigger than it is now.
That means lots more room to move, a wider range of groceries,
and more fresh produce from our fantastic Wairarapa suppliers and
producers. We will also expand the carpark to 120-plus parking
spaces for your convenience.
We are proud to be able to offer you, our customers, the best of
both worlds - a wide range of competitively priced, quality
products in a welcoming store environment brimming with all the
friendly customer service that makes New World Carterton a
great place to shop.
You won't notice much for a while as building work will be going
on behind the scenes. We'll work hard to minimise any inconvenience
to our customers during that time. If you need to ask for
assistance, please don't hesitate. We're here to serve you and
happy to help.
After all, customer service is our top priority - you're our No
1!
