Terms & Conditions

1 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2 Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are aged 18 years of age and over and are current Clubcard card holders.

Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3 To enter, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

(a) Purchase any two Colgate branded Oral Care products in the same transaction from any New World store and simply scan their Clubcard at the check-out at the time of purchase; and

(b) receive an automatic entry into the prize draw for that New World store.
Entrants must retain a clear copy of their original purchase receipt as proof of a valid purchase during the Promotional Period.

Each entrant may make multiple entries, however each entry must be based on a separate purchase transaction and submitted separately.

4 The promotion commences at 12.01am on 3 July 2017 and closes at 23.59pm on 30 July 2017 (“Promotional Period”).

5 The prize draws will take place at 2.00pm on 8 August 2017 at Loyalty New Zealand, 11 Cable street, Wellington. One (1) winner for each participating New World store will be drawn from eligible entries. There will be 139 participating stores and 139 winners in total will be drawn.

6 The prize pool consists of 139 Fitbit Flex 2 Fitness Trackers. (RRP$169.95 each including GST, colour may vary). Total RRP value of prizes = $ 23,623.05. The prize value is correct at the time of printing, and the Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.

All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prizes will be delivered to any address as nominated by each winner provided it is within in New Zealand and each winner should allow for 28 days from the date of the prize draw for the delivery of the prize.
7 Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoters decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications and take no responsibility for any entries not correctly lodged through the Clubcard system. The Promoters assume no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of user error or technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoters may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.

8 If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters reasonable control, the Promoters may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

9 Winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail using details listed on the Clubcard database within 5 days of the prize draw.

10 If any prizes are not claimed, a second chance draw will be held at on 22 August 2017 at the same place as the first draw(s) in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Winners of the second chance draw will be notified by telephone and/ or mail within 5 days of the second chance draw.

11 The Promoters reserve the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoters, whose decision is final. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.

12 The Promoters shall not be liable for the quality of any prizes or for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) including indirect or consequential loss or personal injury as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13 Each entrant consent to the Promoters using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoters.

14 Entries remain the property of Foodstuffs (NZ) Ltd. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoters may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. All personal information will be collected and stored by Clubcard in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 by contacting Clubcard. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that their contact details held by Foodstuffs (NZ) Ltd, as part of their Clubcard membership are correct and up to date.
