The combinations of fruit, yogurt and seeds in this bircher muesli is a winner, and with all of the preparation completed the night before, its ready to go as soon as you wake up
- 1 cup oats
- 1 granny smith apple grated
- 3 150g pots Fresh ‘n Fruity Dreamy Lemon Yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts and seeds such as sunflower, flaxseed & almonds
- 3/4 cup Anchor Calci+ Trim Milk
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then transfer to jars and soak overnight.
- Grab and go in the morning with an extra dollop of yoghurt or lemon rind if you wish.
