Here at New World Bishopdale we have a Serve Over Butchery. This has fabulous cuts of meat, such as Flinestone Steaks, Lamb Racks and 14 different flavours of our Storemade Gourmet Sausages. We can also cut our meat to order.

  1. Braised lamb with figs

    Lamb shanks are always popular, especially in winter. They need long slow cooking to ensure tenderness and good flavour.

  2. Beef & Guinness Casserole

    Including the pared rind of one orange in this classic dish adds a hint of sweetness under the rich, warm flavours of Guinness. Recipe from Allyson Gofton’s cookbook Slow.
