Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. To qualify for automatic entry into the competition, you must purchase Sorbent Toilet Tissue, Sorbent Clean and Fresh Wipes or Sorbent Facial Tissue from any New World Supermarket in the South Island and swipe your Fly Buys card at the checkout. All Fly Buys cardholders are eligible. You may enter as many times as you wish during the competition period.
3. There is one luxury weekend prize to be won and 40 luxury hampers to be won.
4. The competition commences on 9th August 2010 and is valid until close of trade on 26th September 2010.
5. The prize will be drawn by random electronic selection from all valid transactions.
6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. The winner will be notified via phone or letter sent from Fly Buys.
8. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time frame, a redraw will occur and a new winner determined from the valid entries.
9. Employees of SCA Hygiene Australasia and participating New World retail outlets, their agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
10. All promoters’ decisions and the draw results are final and not subject to appeal.
11. By entering into the competition the winner agrees to the reasonable publication of their name and photo by New World South Island and the promoter.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time.
13. Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access and correct any personal information held by Loyalty New Zealand Ltd (Fly Buys).
