Meet Stephen Lockie, local owner
I have been the owner of New World Takapuna since October 2010.
Prior to this I have been working within foodstuffs since 1996
where I started as a trolley boy. Collecting trolleys is a job I
still enjoy doing and is part of my daily routine.
During my career I have enjoyed all of my roles and took every
opportunity to further myself and believe supermarketing is a
fantastic career. I am married with 2 children and this family
lifestyle is closely related to my business as it has given me a
strong sense of community, responsibility and culture of family and
friends.
