Carrot and potato puree - stage 1 baby food
A simple purée to make from staple ingredients, this can be served on it’s own or mixed with apple or pear purée for a sweeter offering.
- Peel a carrot and a floury potato and cut into even sized pieces.
- Steam or boil until soft - around 10 to 15 minutes.
- Blend the cooked vegetables with a little of the cooking water to make a smooth purée.
Suitable for freezing.
