- 4 tbsp’s Hummingbird Oomph Plunger Coffee
- 200ml freshly boiled water
- Ice, 2 handfuls
- Orange bitter, 8 drops
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- Orange zest, peeled
- Make up the Hummingbird Plunger Coffee & set aside.
- Fill 2 glasses with a handful of ice and pour the Plunger Coffee over the ice.
- Add 3-4 drops of orange bitters & a tablespoon of maple syrup to each glass.
- Garnish each glass with freshly peeled orange zest.
