Try this refreshing, peachy twist on a classic mojito. Perfect on a warm summer's day.
- 5-10 mint leaves
- half a lime
- 1 tsp of brown sugar
- handful of ice
- 45ml white rum
- Bundaberg Sparkling Peach to fill
- Place the mint, lime and sugar into a glass and use a muddler to combine.
- Fill the glass to the top with ice and if creating a cocktail, add a shot of white rum here.
- Place your hand over the top to shake the ingredients, top off with Bundaberg Sparkling Peach.
