  • Pears



  • 2 ripe pears such as Taylor’s Gold or Beurre Bosc sliced lengthways, remove cores
  • 100g Kapiti Kikorangi Creamy Blue cheese
  • Runny honey
  • Ginger bread
  1. On a platter arrange pear slices and cheese. Drizzle over a little honey and serve with slices of ginger bread.
