Chinese pork belly on gingered beans and rice

  • 800g Pork Belly
  • 20g Schezwan Pepper
  • 20g Star Anise
  • 20g Paprika
  • 20g Coriander Powder
  • 20ml Honey
  • Pinch Salt
  • 500g Green Beans
  • 100g Pickled Ginger
  • Short Grain Rice

  1. Rub Pork Belly with the Spices and bake at 180c for 1 hour.
  2. Cook Short Grain Rice.
  3. Boil the Beans and add chopped Pickled Ginger.
  4. Stack.
