- 800g Pork Belly
- 20g Schezwan Pepper
- 20g Star Anise
- 20g Paprika
- 20g Coriander Powder
- 20ml Honey
- Pinch Salt
- 500g Green Beans
- 100g Pickled Ginger
- Short Grain Rice
Method
- Rub Pork Belly with the Spices and bake at 180c for 1 hour.
- Cook Short Grain Rice.
- Boil the Beans and add chopped Pickled Ginger.
- Stack.
