  • Soya source
  • Brown sugar
  • Rice wine
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • Hoisin source
  • Chili
  • Pepper
  • Lemongrass paste

  1. Marinade well try to turn it over next day let it absorb the source all around make it tasty.
  2. Put in the oven 180 degrees check it after 20mins when it cooked golden brown then turn it over cook the other side. Won't take long another 15 mins or more.
