Windsor Blue stuffed figs
This stuffed figs with blue cheese are quick to whip up and can be served on own as an appetiser, or as part of a cheese board.

- 110g Whitestone Windsor Blue Cheese
- 10 – 12 large, dried figs
- 150g Prosciutto, thinly sliced

- Slice figs open, stuff each with Windsor Blue cheese, wrap individually with prosciutto.
- Fan bake on 180°C until crispy, approx. 12 minutes.
- Serve on own as an appetiser or as part of a cheese board.
