Strawberry and cranberry yoghurt brittle
Use your favourite yoghurt and fresh strawberries for a delightful and healthy snack.
- 6 x 100g Uno Strawberry yoghurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup cranberries
- ½ cup pistachio nuts chopped
- Line a large tray with baking paper and spread all yoghurt into a ½ cm layer.
- Sprinkle with all remaining ingredients and press in lightly.
- Freeze until set (approx. 4 hours) then cut into chunks.
