Strawberry and cranberry yoghurt brittle

Use your favourite yoghurt and fresh strawberries for a delightful and healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 x 100g Uno Strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • ½ cup cranberries
  • ½ cup pistachio nuts chopped

Method

  1. Line a large tray with baking paper and spread all yoghurt into a ½ cm layer. 
  2. Sprinkle with all remaining ingredients and press in lightly. 
  3. Freeze until set (approx. 4 hours) then cut into chunks.
