- 3 Eggs
- Anchor Milk
- Mainland Buttersoft Butter
- Grated Mainland Egmont Cheese
- Pie Filling: chopped jellybean tomatoes, ham, chicken, peas etc..
Back to ingredients
- whisk eggs and a splash of milk
- press thin slices of Mainland Buttersoft buttered bread (butter side down) into muffin tins and pour in eggy mixture.
- Add pie filling and top with grated mainland egmont cheese
- Bake for 15mins @ 180C
