Eyes on the Pies - Savoury Mini Pies

Perfect for lunch boxes and pinics bake up a batch of these delicious individual savoury pies.

  • 3 Eggs
  • Anchor Milk
  • Mainland Buttersoft Butter
  • Grated Mainland Egmont Cheese
  • Pie Filling: chopped jellybean tomatoes, ham, chicken, peas etc..

  1. whisk eggs and a splash of milk
  2. press thin slices of Mainland Buttersoft buttered bread (butter side down) into muffin tins and pour in eggy mixture.
  3. Add pie filling and top with grated mainland egmont cheese
  4. Bake for 15mins @ 180C
