Made in Modena, Italy, Delmaine Aceto Balsamico di Modena igp is made from the must of selected grapes and red wine vinegar. Aged in wooden casks using natural fermentation with 6% acidity. Balsamic vinegar lends itself to salad dressings such as a vinaigrette, but can be used to perk up a bland flavoured sauces, soups, casseroles or stews. Balsamic's dark sweet and sour flavour pairs well with a wide range of foods, try some with figs, strawberries, peaches, or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
