Named after a Latvian immigrant, nicknamed ‘Russian Jack’, who worked tirelessly in the early 20th century to clear some of the scrub lands in Martinborough, this is a stylish rendition offering ripe pear, quince and rich floral notes with a touch of spice. Beautiful with creamy and mild blue cheeses.
