This fragrant Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with tropical aromas of passionfruit, stone fruit, and notes of citrus, elderflower, and tomato leaf. An outstanding citrusy concentration, with underlying minerality on the midpalate leads to a crisp, lively, dry finish. A minimal amount of lees stirring post fermentation, allowed for a richer mouthfeel to develop, while maintaining the intended freshness.
