This alcohol free pineapple mojito is a perfect cocktail for summer entertaining.

- 100ml pineapple juice
- 1/2 lime
- 5 mint leaves
- Ice
- 1 alcohol free spiced ginger ale can
Method
- Pour 100mls of pineapple juice, the juice of half a lime and 5 mint leaves over ice in a shaker. Shake.
- Strain into a glass with fresh ice, top up with alcohol free spiced ginger ale and garnish with a mint sprig.
