As a 3rd generation grocer in the Tauranga area I’m very keen to provide you with both the service and range that you need.

Here at Brookfield New World we are committed to the people we work with and the customers we interact with and we are passionate about the products we sell. We know that you like as 'close to home made' as possible and that’s why we make 'Brookfields Own' products, so wherever you see the 'Brookfields Own' sticker you know that we made it here – check out our Bakery, Service Deli & Butchery!

We are always looking for ways to improve our offering and service to you – so feel free to give us your suggestions. We also welcome your positive feedback – we like to celebrate success and reward those that go the extra mile for you, our valued customers.

Being in touch with our local community over the years has allowed us to adapt our offerings to suit our customers – did you know that:

• we provide a child minding service in our Playland from 9am – 3.30pm, Monday – Friday.
• we have a large range of Gluten Free products, if you need help in this area feel free to ask our helpful staff about it.
• our Bakery bakes from scratch, which means we bake it here daily using our tried and true recipes.
• our Butchery makes award winning sausages
• you can get your coffee fix from our café….you can even txt your order / or download our app onto your iphone
• when your stuck for gift ideas our floral & gift area has plenty of options, or they can make something up just for you
• we know you still love coupons so every Tuesday in the Bay of Plenty times you will see our extra specials for the rest of the week, we also know that you sometimes forget your coupons – so don’t worry we always have a supply instore
• we reward you for using recyclable bags, ask in-store how you can be eligible to earn money on your Christmas Club
