When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll pay one upfront fee every 30 days instead of paying for delivery each time you shop online. That means you can enjoy unlimited standard deliveries from your chosen store, as long as each order meets the minimum spend. Your Delivery Pass subscription applies only to the store you select during sign up, based on the address you provide.
If you’re eligible, you’ll receive a 30 day free trial when you sign up to Delivery Pass. After the trial period, you’ll be billed for each 30 day cycle. You can cancel your free trial at any time and continue to enjoy the benefits of Delivery Pass until the end of the 30 day trial.

If you move to an address that is serviced by the same store you’re signed up to, nothing changes you can continue to receive your orders using Delivery Pass at your new address.
Delivery Pass subscriptions are linked to a specific store. If your new address is served by a different store, you’ll need to cancel and resubscribe so the correct store is selected.

Standard delivery is booked in advance with scheduled timeslots. Please note that standard delivery is different from Express Delivery, which arrives within 60 minutes and is not currently included as part of Delivery Pass.
You can shop from any store, but you’ll only receive the benefits from your Delivery Pass when you’re ordering from the store you signed up to. To check what store is associated with your Delivery Pass you can view this on your Delivery Pass page in My Account.

You can cancel your subscription at any time on your Delivery Pass page, that means you’ll still be able to use the service until your end date, but it won’t be renewed for the following billing period.
No, it’s not refundable, but you can use the benefits for the rest of the billing period.
We will send you an email reminder 3 days before your 30 day free trial ends. Please note that your Delivery Pass will automatically renew, and you will be billed for the next 30 days once the trial period ends.
After your 30 day free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days. We won’t send a reminder before charging, but we’ll email you an invoice after each payment.
