Club+ is your new smart shopping buddy for in-store and online shopping.
If you shop online at New World this service is now specially for Club+ members. To continue using this service, you will need to have a Club+ account.
It’s easy to join Club+, it only takes a minute, plus it’s free! You can join here.
Just make sure you join Club+ with the same email address you used on your previous online shopping account, and all your saved information and shopping history will come with you.
Some new Club+ members have reported issues logging into their New World app after joining Club+. If you are having problems logging into your app or being able to see your Clubcard barcode we suggest you:
- Check that your app is on the latest version (5.0.2) - you can check this by selecting ‘I’m just browsing’ when you open your New World app and selecting a store. Tap on your Account at the bottom of the screen and you’ll see your Version number.
- If your app is an older version, update this from the Apple App store or Google Play Store and log back in using your new Club+ login details.
- If you are still experiencing login issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling your New World app by re-downloading from the Apple App store or Google Play Store and using your new Club+ login details.
Yes — from 15 June 2026, online shopping is only available to Club+ members. If you already shop online with New World join Club+ using the same email address to bring your saved details, lists and shopping history across.

Once you’re a Club+ member, you’ll score and save every time you shop* and can use the same super smart login across Club+, New World, PAK’nSAVE and Four Square. And when you shop online your Club+ account is instantly applied, so you’ll score your Club+ benefits as you go.
*On qualifying purchases at participating stores
If you haven’t joined Club+ by 15 June, you can join at any time to keep shopping online with us. Just make sure you join Club+ with the same email address you have on your current online shopping account, all your saved information, lists and shopping history will come with you.
New World online shopping is widely available across the North Island and some South Island stores. Shop online on your desktop or download the New World app. Delivery and Click & Collect available. Go to newworld.co.nz/shop to start shopping.

To use online shopping at New World, PAK’nSAVE or Four Square you will need to create an account, providing your email address and mobile phone number so that we can easily contact you about your order and its delivery or collection. Registration for this service is through Club+ and once joined you’ll only have one easy login and password to remember which can be used to manage your account and shop online.
If you don't have email or mobile, you are still able to join Club+ via our friendly Customer Service team and scan a plastic Club+ card when shopping in-store to score and save with a wide range of Club+ benefits across our brands.
