Sticky ginger beef noodles

Super speedy, sticky and saucy. These wholesome noodles are a dream meal after a long day of mahi. Throw in some of your favourite vegetables for a weeknight feast.

Ingredients

  • 400g premium beef mince

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

  • 400g Hokkien noodles

Method

  1. Bring a drizzle of oil to medium-high heat in a large frying pan.

  2. Cook the mince and garlic for 5-6 minutes or until browned, breaking into pieces using a wooden spoon.

  3. Add the ginger, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and Hokkien noodles.

  4. Toss until well combined. Cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

  5. Serve while hot.

Top tip: Garnish your sticky ginger beef noodles with sliced spring onions, fresh coriander leaves, chilli flakes and toasted sesame seeds.
