
Sticky ginger beef noodles

Super speedy, sticky and saucy. These wholesome noodles are a dream meal after a long day of mahi. Throw in some of your favourite vegetables for a weeknight feast.
Ingredients
400g premium beef mince
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
400g Hokkien noodles
Method
Bring a drizzle of oil to medium-high heat in a large frying pan.
Cook the mince and garlic for 5-6 minutes or until browned, breaking into pieces using a wooden spoon.
Add the ginger, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and Hokkien noodles.
Toss until well combined. Cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
Serve while hot.
