Sticky ginger beef noodles
Super speedy, sticky and saucy. These wholesome noodles are a dream meal after a long day of mahi. Throw in some of your favourite vegetables for a weeknight feast.

- 400g premium beef mince
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 400g Hokkien noodles
Method
- Bring a drizzle of oil to medium-high heat in a large frying pan.
- Cook the mince and garlic for 5-6 minutes or until browned, breaking into pieces using a wooden spoon.
- Add the ginger, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and Hokkien noodles.
- Toss until well combined. Cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve while hot.
