We're back. Let's grow!

New World’s Little Garden is back in time for New Zealand’s spring planting season. With 24 different vegetable, herb and flower seedling kits to collect from 7 September for six weeks, New World customers will be delighted to get growing with the return of this Kiwi favourite after a three-year hiatus.

Upgrading and upcycling New World Albany’s shopping trolleys

New World Albany customers will now be able to add a bit more sustainability to their weekly shop thanks to the store’s new fleet of hybrid shopping trolleys. The trolleys comprise a steel frame that is married to a plastic basket made using recycled plastic milk bottles.

We've launched New World Essential Boxes pilot powered by Gilmours. Foodstuffs North Island is piloting New World Essential Boxes to give New Zealanders an express shopping option to get their grocery essentials quicker and more conveniently during the Alert Level restrictions. The pilot features three essential boxes and will be trialled in central and outer central Auckland suburbs.
