Ingredients

Method

Ingredients

  • 10 strawberries (stems removed)
  • 7-8 Mint leaves (large)
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • Crushed Ice (Blend ice cubes in a blender on pulse mode to get crushed ice)
  • Extra mint leaves and sliced lime for garnishing
  • Extra strawberries to add layers and crunchiness as shown in the image.

Method

  1. In a blender, add strawberries, mint leaves, maple syrup, lime juice, a few cubes of ice, the coconut water and blend it until everything gets incorporated together
  2. Add crushed ice to the Spiegelau beer glass, layer it with a spoonful of small, cubed strawberries, pour Strawberry, mint mixture filling up half of the glass, then layer it with crushed ice again,
  3. then pour orange juice on top layer, finish garnishing it with mint leaves and chopped strawberry cubes or
create any shape of strawberries if you want to be a bit more creative.
  4. Serve immediately

    Tip
You can add soda water if you don’t want coconut water or chose to add Ginger ale or Ginger beer if you don’t want orange juice. If you want this drink to have a spicy note, you can add one jalapeno while blending. You can add lime and sweetener according to your liking.
