
Crispy chicken naan wraps

These quick and easy wraps are a great dinner or lunch option during those busy weeks. Keep them simple or add your own extra toppings for more flavour.
Ingredients
4 frozen chicken tenders
2 Naan breads
Cucumber yoghurt
Cos lettuce, shredded
¼ red onion, sliced
Optional:
Tandoori paste
Coriander
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C fan bake.
Cook chicken tenders according to packet instructions. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Warm the naan bread in the oven or microwave. Spread each naan with cucumber yoghurt. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced red onion and 3 chicken tenders.
Top with more cucumber yoghurt, roll and enjoy!
Tip:
Brush each tender with tandoori paste before baking for extra flavour. Garnish your wraps with coriander leaves for added freshness.
