
Ingredients
¼ cabbage shredded (green, red or a mix)
1 carrot cut into matchsticks
1 red capsicum thinly sliced
2 spring onions thinly sliced
½ cucumber cut into ribbons
1 handful fresh coriander
½ handful fresh mint
1 tbsp sesame seeds lightly toasted
4 Farrah’s Premium White Wraps
100mL Heinz [Seriously]® Good Fiery Chilli & Garlic Aioli
2 x 100g Tegels Meal Maker Shredded Roast Chicken
2 tbsp roasted salted peanuts chopped
Dressing
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp brown sugar
Method
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, capsicum, spring onions, cucumber, coriander, mint and sesame seeds.
To make the dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil until the sugar dissolves.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well.
Warm the wraps either in a microwave, on a toasted sandwich press or in a dry frying pan.
Spread each wrap with a layer of chilli & garlic aioli, then top with a generous helping of slaw, chicken and a sprinkle of chopped peanuts.
Carefully roll and enjoy!
