Method
Ingredients
- 150g digestive or plain biscuits, crushed
- 160g butter, melted
- 1 box (560g) chocolate brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- Marshmallows
Method
- Preheat your oven to 160°C fan bake and grease a non-stick fry pan.
- In a large bowl combine digestive biscuits and 60g of butter. Mix until well combined, then press into the bottom of the fry pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions with the eggs, remaining butter and a tablespoon of water if required. Pour over the biscuit base and place in the oven to bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out slightly sticky but mostly clean.
- Remove from the oven and increase the temperature to 200°C fan grill.
- Arrange marshmallows over the brownie, then return to the oven for a further 5 minutes or until the marshmallows have toasted. Serve warm.
Tips:
- Garnish this moreish brownie with extra biscuit chunks and melted chocolate or chocolate sauce for a special treat.
- If you’ve got a blow torch, use that to toast your marshmallows instead of grilling in the oven.
