Giant pods
Indulgently delicious treats with a gooey caramel centre, chocolate top and a cookie base.

- 1 box (485g) chocolate chip cookie mix
- 1 cup caramel sweetened condensed milk
- Melted dark chocolate
- Melted white chocolate

Preheat your oven to 180°C bake and grease a 24-hole mini muffin tin.

Prepare the cookie mix as per pack instructions. Divide the cookie dough into 24 and roll into balls. Flatten each ball into a disk and press tightly into each cavity of the prepared muffin tin. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl whisk the caramel condensed milk until smooth. Set aside in the fridge.

Once the cookie dough has cooked for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and use the end of a rolling pin or the back of a teaspoon to press down the centre of each pod to resemble cups. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

Fill each pod with a few teaspoons of caramel, then spread the dark chocolate over the top. Drizzle over the white chocolate and place in the fridge for a few hours or until the chocolate is set. Serve or keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
Top tip: Get creative and sprinkle your giant pods with your favourite toppings. Sea salt flakes, chopped nuts, freeze-dried fruit or chunks of your favourite chocolate treats are all fabulous additions.
