Homemade 'ferrero rocher'
Great for nibbles at morning & afternoon tea or at parties and the best part is they’re very easy to make.
- 225g butter
- 375g Nutella
- 375 Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Kremelta
- 4 cups Icing Sugar
- 5 cups Rice Bubbles
- Melt butter, Nutella, peanut butter and kremelta in a saucepan until combined.
- Add the icing sugar and rice bubbles.
- Mix well and roll into balls then refrigerate.
Can be dipped in melted chocolate.
