Hoki pasta

A tasty and speedy fish pasta dish from Sealord.

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Sealord Hoki

  • 3 tblspns butter

  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs

  • 3 zucchini, sliced thin

  • 1 mild fresh chilli, finely chopped

  • 180g wide pasta, cooked

Method

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and toss in the breadcrumbs until golden and toasted.

  2. Set aside.

  3. Heat another tablespoon of butter in the pan.

  4. Fry Sealord hoki for 3 minutes eash side or until cooked through.

  5. Set aside.

  6. Heat the remaining butter, cook the zucchini and chilli for about 2 minutes until tender.

  7. Toss the hot pasta with the breadcrumbs, zucchini and chilli.

  8. Adda squeeze of lemon and serve.
