
Hoki pasta

A tasty and speedy fish pasta dish from Sealord.

Ingredients
2 fillets Sealord Hoki
3 tblspns butter
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
3 zucchini, sliced thin
1 mild fresh chilli, finely chopped
180g wide pasta, cooked
Method
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and toss in the breadcrumbs until golden and toasted.
Set aside.
Heat another tablespoon of butter in the pan.
Fry Sealord hoki for 3 minutes eash side or until cooked through.
Set aside.
Heat the remaining butter, cook the zucchini and chilli for about 2 minutes until tender.
Toss the hot pasta with the breadcrumbs, zucchini and chilli.
Adda squeeze of lemon and serve.
