Smoked salmon dip

A fabulously easy dip, perfect served with rice crackers or finger or raw carrot and cucumber.

Ingredients

  • 250g pack cream cheese

  • 100g smoked salmon shavings

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Sweet chilli sauce to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill.

  2. Serve with seaweed rice crackers.
