
Southern style fish tacos

Crispy Birds Eye Fish Tenders served on warm tortillas, topped with spiced smashed avocado, crunchy cabbage slaw and fresh coriander.
Ingredients
375g packet frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Southern Style Fish Tenders
½ long red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
2 ripe avocados, roughly mashed
¼ cup chopped fresh coriander, plus extra, for garnish
2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
9 small flour tortillas, warmed or charred
Lime wedges and extra sliced red chilli, for garnish
Method
Cook frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Tenders following packet directions.
Meanwhile, combine chilli and avocado. Combine coriander with cabbage.
Spread warm tortillas with avocado. Top with cabbage and cooked fish.
Serve garnished with lime wedges, fresh coriander and chilli.
Top tip:
Pair this with a spicy mango salsa, to add a bit of sweetness.
