
Moroccan spiced lamb koftas

Cooked on the BBQ, these Moroccan spiced lamb koftas are great for feeding a family. Fresh herbs and pomegranate make these extra flavourful with a touch of freshness.
Ingredients
500g lamb mince
½ onion, grated
1 Tbsp Moroccan spice mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh herbs, roughly chopped (we used mint and coriander)
Hummus of your choice
Pomegranate arils
Method
Bring a BBQ or grill pan to medium-high heat and brush with oil.
In a large bowl combine lamb mince, onion, Moroccan spice mix, garlic and half of the fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 12 and shape onto soaked skewers.
Grill the koftas for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve the grilled koftas with hummus and garnish with pomegranate and the remaining herbs.
Top tip: Grill flatbread or pita bread and serve with your koftas and seasonal salad leaves.
