Kiwifruit yoghurt snacks
Take a bite of these kiwifruit yoghurt snacks for a sneaky treat. Coated in dark chocolate and filled with fresh fruit and yoghurt, you’ll need only three ingredients to make this possible.

- 4 kiwifruit, diced and pat dry
 - 1 cup yoghurt
 - 360g dark chocolate, melted
 
Method
- In a large bowl, gently toss together the kiwifruit and yoghurt. Add spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking tray.
 - Place in the freezer for 1 hour or until solid.
 - Dip the kiwifruit yoghurt clusters in the melted dark chocolate. Place on a lined baking tray and briefly set aside for the chocolate to harden.
 - Serve and enjoy or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
 
Top tip: For a touch of sweetness stir through a tablespoon of honey through the yoghurt before combining with the kiwifruit.
