Pizza fondue
Pizza party night with a fun fondue twist! A flavourful cheesy tomato fondue prepared and served in a saucepan for your convenience. Gather around for this superb sharing experience.

- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cans (840g) classic tomato pasta sauce
- 1 cup grated cheese (we suggest mozzarella)
- Assorted seasonal vegetables (we love baby carrots and celery sticks)
- Garlic bread, cooked
Method
- Bring a drizzle of oil to medium-high heat in a small saucepan. Sauté the onion, garlic and oregano for a few minutes or until softened.
- Add tomato pasta sauce and cheese. Stir to combine and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese has completely melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve alongside assorted seasonal vegetables and garlic bread. Enjoy while warm.
