
Easy spicy noodles

Simply delicious spicy noodles that pack a punch. They’ll be on the table in 10 minutes or less. Serve with a fried egg on top for a sensational meal.
Ingredients
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 tsp chilli flakes
2 spring onions, sliced
1 capsicum, thinly sliced
400g udon noodles
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp caster sugar
Method
Bring a generous drizzle of oil to medium-high heat in a large frying pan.
Sauté the garlic, chilli and spring onion for a minute or until fragrant, then add capsicum and cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until soft.
Add the noodles and cook for a few minutes, then stir through the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
Cook for a further few minutes or until heated through.
Serve and enjoy!
