Instructions for deleting your account in the New World app

1. Open app and log in.

2. From the Home screen, tap the Account icon.

3. At the top of the Account section tap “View and update your profile”.

4. Tap Delete account.

5. Read information and tick the confirmation box.

6. Tap Delete Account to complete your account deletion request

You should receive an email from us confirming your account has been deleted in the within next two business days.
