Click & Collect
Skip the delivery fee and pick up your groceries from your local New World store at a time that works for you. Click & Collect combines the convenience of online shopping with the flexibility of collecting your order when you're ready.

Shoppers who want flexibility, convenience and no delivery fees.
How it works
Place your order online, choose Click & Collect and select an available collection time. Once your order is ready, we'll let you know how you can collect it from your chosen store.
What you need to get started
A Club+ account and transport to collect your groceries from the store. If you come with a car, make sure there’s space in the boot as some stores will place the groceries in your boot for you.
Payment options
Pay online using accepted payment methods when placing your order.
What are the fees for the Click & Collect service?
North Island service fees:
Spend $50 or more – free. Spend under $50 - $5 service fee.
South Island service fees:
All orders $3.50 service fee.
Availability & timing
Collection times are frequent, usually in one-hour increments to work around your day and vary by store.

North Island delivery fees:
Spend $200 or more - $9 service fee. Spend under $200 - $14 service fee.
South Island delivery fees:
Spend $200 or more - $10 service fee. Spend under $200 - $15 service fee.
Availability & timing
Delivery orders are delivered within the specific timeslot you've chosen - since our stores are independently owned and operated, available timeslots differ. Check out here to see if Express, Same Day or Standard delivery slots are available at your local store.
Express Delivery
Need groceries fast? Express Delivery can deliver your online order in as little as 60 minutes at participating North Island stores. Offered by selected locally owned New World stores.
Best for
Last-minute groceries, forgotten ingredients and urgent top-up shops.
How it works
Order online a max of 30 items and select an available Express Delivery timeslot at checkout.
What you need to get started
A Club+ account and an address within an Express Delivery area.
Payment options
Pay online when you complete your order.
Cost & fees
Max 30 items, no minimum spend - $9 service fee. There aren't any extra charges per item.
Availability & timing
Express Delivery doesn't have a timeslot or availability slot as once you place the order it will be delivered in as little as 60 minutes. However, the last delivery depends on the store's closing time, which you can find here - give your store a call if you have any questions.
Delivery Pass
If you shop online regularly, Delivery Pass helps you save on delivery fees. One simple monthly subscription includes unlimited eligible deliveries.
Best for
Regular online shoppers who want predictable delivery costs and better value from frequent grocery deliveries.
How it works
Sign up for a Delivery Pass subscription at a participating store that can deliver to your address and start your 30-day trial here. You can cancel the subscription at any time.

A Club+ account and to sign-up for your free trial.
Costs & fees
$24.99, with a free 30-day trial for your first month. Minimum spend of $80 per online order. Cancel anytime.
Availability & timing
Choose any of your chosen participating store's standard delivery timeslot on any day of the week to book your delivery with Delivery Pass.
Frequently asked questions
For Deliveries or Click & Collect orders which include alcohol, someone over the age of 18 will need to sign for the delivery and a proof of ID will be required. Valid forms of ID include an 18+ HANZ Card, a current NZ Driver’s Licence or a current Passport.
You've got a few options - if you prefer to call or speak to a staff member, feel free to contact the store directly through their number or in store. Otherwise, you can also fill out a contact us form, choose 'Products' from the enquiry type and fill out your details. From here, you can contact the store directly as well.
