Terms and conditions
1. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions. This competition may have additional terms and conditions and wherever possible the additional terms and conditions will be posted at www.newworld.co.nz.
Promoters
2. The Promoters of this competition are Foodstuffs (N.Z.) Limited (‘Foodstuffs’) and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand Limited (CCEP) (‘Supplier’) jointly (Promoters).
Promotion Period and how to enter
3. The competition commences on 20/10/25 and runs until close of trade on 16/11/25 (Promotion Period).
Eligible Purchase
4. You will receive one entry in the draw when you purchase any Schweppes product in one transaction during the Promotion Period and scan your Clubcard card instore at the time of payment, or when you enter your Clubcard details before the time of payment for online shopping purchases (Eligible Purchase) at all New World stores nationwide plus online at www.newworld.co.nz/shop and through the New World mobile application (Participating Stores).
When you make an Eligible Purchase, you will automatically be entered into the draw.
5. You will only receive one entry into the competition even if you purchase multiple participating products in your Eligible Purchase.
Eligibility to enter and to win a prize
6. To be eligible to enter this competition and win a prize:
a) you cannot be an employee or contractor of a Participating Store or the Supplier;
b) you must have made an Eligible Purchase from a Participating Store;
c) you must be a current Clubcard member;
d) you must be a New Zealand resident and 18 years of age or older;
e) you must consent to Foodstuffs using your name, photo, hometown and image for publicity and promotional purposes (including the display of your name in store) and you must make yourself available for publicity photographs relating to the competition on request for no additional compensation.
f) You must be able to travel between 16th – 18th January 2026
7. Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoters:
a) are received outside the Promotion Period;
b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;
c) are incomplete or indecipherable; or
d) do not otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions,
will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
How winners will be selected
8. The prize winner will be drawn by Foodstuffs (or its agent) by 01/12/25 by random electronic selection from all entries. The first three (3) valid entries drawn will each win an ASB Classic Men’s Finals Experience for the winner and a companion (both 18+) (Prize) and must be able to travel between 16th – 18th January 2026. The Prize comprises of:
• A double pass to the ASB Classic Men’s Tennis Final (17th January 2026) with a value of $290NZD.
• Two return economy class airfares with checked baggage flying from the winner’s closest domestic airport to Auckland
• Accommodation at SkyCity Hotel including breakfast in a premium king room (value of up to $1,130NZD)
• Return airport to accommodation transfers for two in Auckland
• $500 Skycity dining voucher for the winner only (expiry is December 2026)
• $1,000 Spending Money for the winner only.
• Private transfers to the ASB Tennis Arena
If prize becomes unavailable
9. Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, the Promoters are not responsible or liable for any loss suffered by any entrant in the event that a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control. In this event, the Promoters may substitute a prize of their choice.
Notifying winners
10. Winners will be notified by the Supplier’s Promotion agency once a draw has been completed within 5 working days of the draw, via the contact details on record for the Clubcard used to enter the competition. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days of a draw occurring or if the Promoters determine that a winner is not eligible to participate in a draw the prize will be forfeited, a further draw will be conducted using the same eligibility criteria, and the prize allocated to the new winner.
11. The Promoters are not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted following the draw due to incorrect or out of date contact details being recorded in Clubcard’s system, and any such winner will forfeit the prize to the next eligible winner, on these Terms and Conditions.
Prize conditions
12. Each Prize has a value of up to $5,319NZD. Total prize pool has a value of up to NZ$15,957.
13. Additional transfers to those specified and any Ground Operator Handling Fees are not included. Travel insurance is not included. Selection of airline and departure times is at the Promoter’s discretion at the time of booking. Airline travel, airport transfers and accommodation are subject to the relevant supplier’s standard terms and conditions and the Promoter will not be liable for any act or omission of any third party providing those services. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable and may not be exchanged for cash.
14. Prize excludes the items listed below (such list is not exhaustive) and are therefore the responsibility of the winner and their companion:
15. All other costs and personal expenses such as travel insurance, shopping, transportation (other than the transportation specified), food and beverage expenses and taxes;
16. Accommodation related charges other than the room rates; such as meals, phone calls, laundry, in-room movies, loss of hotel property, damage to hotel property, or any other expenses incurred in the hotel other than those stated above;
17. Transfers to/from the winners closest domestic airport or Passport costs.
18. The Prize must be taken on the dates specified. No alterations, extensions or variation on these travel dates is permitted. All components of the Prize must be taken together. No changes or additions to the booking accepted. Each winner will be solely responsible for their companion, including ensuring that the companion compiles with all applicable laws and regulations.
19. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companion to meet any health and safety requirements applicable to the Prize (for example, in relation to COVID-19), including (but not limited to) obtaining any pre-departure forms, tests or checks, or any other requirements, such as performing and returning negative COVID-19 tests, as may be required by third parties.
20. Each winner must notify the Promoter of the name, age and contact details of the person that the winner wishes to nominate as their companion, along with any special needs or requirements (such as whether wheelchair access is required, any dietary requirements etc.) within five (5) days of being notified that they are a winner.
21. By accepting the Prize, each winner consents to the Promoter providing their personal information to the airline, transfer providers and accommodation providers to make and confirm their bookings. Winner also must assist the Promoter by procuring the written consent of their companion’s personal information also.
22. Rooms are pre-booked and specific room types are unable to be requested. Room types may vary.
23. The winner will be required to sign a Participation Agreement in the form required by the Promoter, confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry; accepting the Terms and Conditions relating to the use and enjoyment of the Prize; releasing the Promoter, and it’s officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability in connection with this promotion and/or Prize.
24. Each winner and their travelling companion take the Prize entirely at their own risk and may be required to sign a waiver prior to taking the Prize.
25. Each winner must have a valid credit card, which is required for hotel expenses not covered under the Prize.
26. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, acts of Government, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion.
27. If any Prize item is unavailable, despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure it, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value.
28. Prizes must not be sold or used, donated, or given away as part of another Promotion.
29. The winners have rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which cannot be excluded or limited by the Promoter. These rights include statutory guarantees that any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, and that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill. These Terms and Conditions do not, and do not intend to, exclude or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, under laws other than the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 regarding the quality or suitability of the Prize awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of such representations or warranties.
30. The Promoters and the agencies and companies associated with the promotion are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this promotion or any prize, except for any liability under which statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
31. The prize draw results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
32. Winners can only be awarded one prize. If a winner is drawn for any additional prize, the prize will be forfeited, a further draw will be conducted, and the prize allocated to the new winner.
Verifying compliance with these terms
33. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the identity of any entrant (including an entrant's identity, age, city/town of residence and place of employment) and to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Exclusion of liability
34. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, Foodstuffs, any Participating Store, the Supplier, and their respective employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.
Disputes
35. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the competition including eligibility the decision of the Promoters will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by the Promoters will be entered into.

36. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, terms and conditions of your Clubcard will also apply and can be viewed at www.clubcard.co.nz.
37. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
38. Entries remain the property of the Promoters. Entrants license and grant the Promoters, their affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display any content submitted in or with the entry for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Entrants consent to any dealings with their entry that may otherwise infringe any moral rights in the entry, to the extent permitted by law.
39. By submitting content as part of an entry to the competition, entrants release the Promoters, their respective employees, directors and officers from any and all liability for use and publication of the content, including any such liability that may arise under patent, trade mark, copyright, or any other applicable law. Entrants warrant that the content is their original work, that they are the sole author, and that they are able to provide the licence and releases required under these terms and conditions.
Privacy
40. Your personal information may be used to conduct this competition and for future promotional and publicity purposes in relation to this competition. By entering this competition, you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes and we may use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Foodstuffs’ New World Privacy Policy will apply to all personal information that Foodstuffs collects from you. The Supplier’s Privacy Policy will apply to all personal information that is collected by, or shared with, the Supplier.
