Online shopping

New World online shopping is widely available across the North Island and some South Island stores. Shop online on your desktop or download the New World app. Delivery and Click & Collect available. Go to newworld.co.nz/shop to start shopping.

Clubcard

Clubcard is the loyalty programme for New World customers that helps you make the most of your shopping at New World.  As a Clubcard member, you can choose to earn either New World Dollars or Airpoints Dollars™. As well as earning your choice of rewards, you’ll also have access to special discounts with Club Deals and automatic entry into exclusive Clubcard competitions.

Catering and gifts

Yes! Most New World stores can help you cater for almost any occasion. From Christmas dinner to work lunches, we can provide platters, pastries, cakes, hot food, sushi and much more. Ask our friendly in-store Deli Team or order catering online.

Made2Order is a service offered by selected North Island New World stores, where you can purchase food platters, cakes, bouquets, hampers and gift baskets. Visit made2order.newworld.co.nz to place your order.

As well as Gift Cards, many New World stores offer floral bouquets, hampers, cakes and gift baskets. Get in touch with your local store to view their range.

We also have a great range of premium wine and beer in store, ideal for last minute gifts!

Christmas Club

New World Christmas Club is the easy way to prepare for Christmas. Spread the cost of grocery shopping over the year by contributing to your account regularly and get rewarded for the contributions you make. Go here to join.

Fuel offers

A Fuelup voucher is earned with a qualifying purchase at New World. Participating store receipts will have the Fuelup voucher attached. You can redeem Fuelup vouchers at all Z service stations. Go to fuel for more details and the latest fuel offers.

Yes you will receive a fuel voucher with your order. This voucher will be printed and stapled to your packing slip (which you will receive with your order).

The fuel voucher value will be determined on the day your order is placed or last edited, not the day that the order is collected or delivered. It can only be used once and the expiry date will be printed on the voucher. 

Gift cards

You can buy New World Gift Cards in-store or online at giftstation.co.nz

Gift card balances can now be checked online at the NW website as shown here.

No. We currently don't offer this service, you will need to use your Gift Card for purchase's in-store.

Health and safety

We take all health and safety issues very seriously. We want to know about anything that may affect people’s safety and well-being in and around the store, including hazards, injuries, or issues with the products we sell.  If you spot anything that concerns you in or around the store, we suggest you notify a staff member in store immediately.

We have a Foodstuffs team that will take appropriate action and liaise with stores to address anything that may occur. To find out more about this you can pop in to your local store and ask at the customer service desk or contact the store here.

For vacant positions at you a New World near you, go online to our careers website foodstuffs.careers for North Island or foodstuffs.careercentre.net.nz for South Island, or pick up an application form from the customer service desk in-store.

Lost trolley

If you spot an abandoned trolley somewhere, please contact us here to let us know. In your message, please include the location of the trolley, e.g. "corner of main street and high street" or "outside 3 Jones Drive" and the name of the nearest New World store, and we will collect it.

You can either speak to a staff member at the  store you purchased the item from or let us know the details through this contact form for our in-store team to look into this further.

From time to time we receive reports that New World customers are being targeted by online scams in the form of display ads, pop-up ads and emails.

Sponsorship and fundraising

New World stores are all locally owned and operated and so there's a true commitment to supporting the communities in which we operate. If you are a local community group wanting to make a sponsorship and donation requests, please contact your local store directly. New World’s Family2Family appeal is all about locals helping locals. Each store partners with a nearby food bank or City Mission, so donations stay within the community.
