Terms and conditions

1. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions. This competition may have additional terms and conditions and wherever possible the additional terms and conditions will be posted at www.newworld.co.nz.

Promoters

2. The Promoters of this competition are Foodstuffs (N.Z.) Limited (‘Foodstuffs’) and Mānuka Phuel Limited (‘Supplier’) jointly (Promoters).

Promotion Period and how to enter

3. The competition commences on 10/08/26 and runs until close of trade on 30/08/26 (Promotion Period).

Eligible Purchase

You will receive one entry in the draw when you purchase any Mānuka Phuel product during the Promotion Period and scan your Club+ card instore at the time of payment, or when you purchase any Mānuka Phuel product (Eligible Purchase) at http://www.newworld.co.nz/shop all New World stores nationwide plus online at www.newworld.co.nz/shop and through the New World mobile application (Participating Stores).

You must be registered as a Club+ member to use the New World online shopping service. When you make an Eligible Purchase you will automatically be entered into the draw.

4. You will only receive one entry into the competition even if you purchase multiple participating products in your Eligible Purchase.

Eligibility to enter and to win a prize

5. To be eligible to enter this competition and win a prize:

a) you cannot be an employee or contractor of a Participating Store or the Supplier;

b) you must have made an Eligible Purchase from a Participating Store;

c) you must be a current Club+ member;

d) you must be a New Zealand resident and 18 years of age or older;

e) you must consent to Foodstuffs using your name, photo, hometown and image for publicity and promotional purposes (including the display of your name in store) and you must make yourself available for publicity photographs relating to the competition on request for no additional compensation.

6. Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoters:

a) are received outside the Promotion Period;

b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;

c) are incomplete or indecipherable; or

d) do not otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions,

will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.

How winners will be selected

7. The prize winner will be drawn by Foodstuffs (or its agent) by 02/09/26 by random electronic selection from all entries. The first eligible winner drawn will win The Greatest Shout: a VIP trip for the winner and three guests to Baltimore, USA, as described under Prize conditions below. There is one prize package to be won in this draw, with a retail value of up to $62,000 (including GST). The total prize pool for this draw is valued at $62,000.

If prize becomes unavailable

8. Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, the Promoters are not responsible or liable for any loss suffered by any entrant in the event that a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control. In this event, the Promoters may substitute a prize of their choice.

Notifying winners

9. Winners will be notified by Foodstuffs or the Supplier within 5 working days of the draw being completed to arrange delivery of the prize to a New Zealand residential address, via the contact details on record for the Club+ card used to enter the competition. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days of a draw occurring or if the Promoters determine that a winner is not eligible to participate in a draw the prize will be forfeited, a further draw will be conducted using the same eligibility criteria, and the prize allocated to the new winner.

10. The Promoters are not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted following the draw due to incorrect or out of date contact details being recorded in the Club+ system, and any such winner will forfeit the prize to the next eligible winner, on these Terms and Conditions.

Prize conditions

The prize is The Greatest Shout: a trip for the winner and three guests of their choice (four people in total) to Baltimore, USA, comprising return economy airfares from New Zealand to Baltimore for four people[OT1.1][SM1.2]; hotel accommodation in Baltimore for four people; airport and event transfers in Baltimore; four tickets to the New Zealand v South Africa rugby final at M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, on Saturday 12 September 2026, watching from a private suite with Six60 and Carlos Ulberg; backstage and VIP access for four people to Six60’s concert on the Baltimore waterfront; access for four people to the official after party; a training camp with Carlos Ulberg for the winner and their guests; and NZD $1,000 spending money per person ($4,000 for the winning group). The prize package is valued at approximately $15,500 per person, being up to $62,000 (including GST). Any difference between the stated value and the actual value of the prize as taken is not redeemable for cash or otherwise.

Travel is on dates set by the Promoters (departing New Zealand on or around 9–10 September 2026 and returning on or around 14–15 September 2026). The winner and all guests must travel together on those dates and no alternative travel dates are available. The winner and each guest must be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or older, hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates, and be able to obtain any visa or other United States entry authorisation required for travel at their own cost. Anything not expressly listed above, including travel insurance, meals and personal expenses, is the responsibility of the winner and their guests. If the winner or any guest is unable to travel on the set dates or does not meet these requirements, the prize (or the relevant part of it) will be forfeited and a further draw may be conducted.

The appearance and participation of Six60, Carlos Ulberg and any other personality featured in this promotion is subject to their availability and to circumstances beyond the Promoters’ control, including illness, injury, travel disruption and professional commitments. If any personality is unable to appear at or participate in any element of the prize, that element will proceed without them, or the Promoters may substitute an alternative personality or an element of comparable value. Non-appearance of any personality does not entitle the winner or any guest to compensation, a refund or a substitute prize.

The winner’s name may be announced live during Sky’s broadcast coverage on Saturday 5 September 2026. A separate prize draw with an equivalent prize is run by the Supplier via entry at mphuel.co.nz and the Sky Poll app, under separate terms and conditions available at mphuel.co.nz. Entries in this Club+ draw are separate from that draw, and Club+ data is not shared with Sky.

11. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.

12. The prize draw results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Winners can only be awarded one prize. If a winner is drawn for any additional prize, the prize will be forfeited, a further draw will be conducted, and the prize allocated to the new winner.

Verifying compliance with these terms

14. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the identity of any entrant (including an entrant's identity, age, city/town of residence and place of employment) and to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Exclusion of liability

15. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, Foodstuffs, any Participating Store, the Supplier, and their respective employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.

Disputes

16. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the competition including eligibility the decision of the Promoters will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by the Promoters will be entered into.

18. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

19. Entries remain the property of the Promoters. Entrants license and grant the Promoters, their affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display any content submitted in or with the entry for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Entrants consent to any dealings with their entry that may otherwise infringe any moral rights in the entry, to the extent permitted by law.

20. By submitting content as part of an entry to the competition, entrants release the Promoters, their respective employees, directors and officers from any and all liability for use and publication of the content, including any such liability that may arise under patent, trade mark, copyright, or any other applicable law. Entrants warrant that the content is their original work, that they are the sole author, and that they are able to provide the licence and releases required under these terms and conditions.

Privacy

21. Your personal information may be used to conduct this competition and for future promotional and publicity purposes in relation to this competition. By entering this competition, you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes and we may use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Foodstuffs’ Privacy Policy will apply to all personal information that Foodstuffs collects from you. The Supplier’s Privacy Policy (available at shop.mphuel.co.nz/policies/privacy-policy) will apply to all personal information that is collected by, or shared with, the Supplier.
