Terms and conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Extra Gum Tab Club+ Dollar promotion (Promotion). Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
Promoters
2. The promoters are Foodstuffs (N.Z.) Limited (Foodstuffs) and Mars New Zealand Pty Limited (Supplier) together (Promoters).
Promotion Period
Promotion runs from 26/10/26 12:01am NZDT to 22/11/26 11:59pm NZDT (or while promotional reward pool lasts) (“Promotional Period”)
Eligible Purchase
3. To be eligible to earn 1 Club+ Dollar, purchase any packet of Extra Gum Tab 27g (Eligible Product) from a New World North Island store, instore or online through newworld.co.nz/shop or through the New World mobile app (Participating Store) during the Promotion Period and scan your Club+ card at the time of purchase for instore purchases. To avoid doubt, the Promotion is not available from New World supermarkets in the South Island. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, when you purchase an Eligible Product, you will earn 1 Club+ Dollar (Offer).
4. For an instore purchase, you must scan your Club+ card at checkout when purchasing an Eligible Product. You must be registered as a Club+ member to use the New World online shopping service.
5. All online orders must be submitted during the Promotion Period and have a delivery or collection date that falls within the Promotion Period to qualify for the Offer. Foodstuffs Supermarkets Online Shopping Terms and Conditions also apply and can be found at clubplus.co.nz.
Prize conditions
6. The Offer is only available once per Club+ account during the Promotion Period. You will receive 1 Club+ Dollar per qualifying transaction regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased in that transaction. For example, if you purchase 2 Eligible Products in a single transaction, you will earn 1 Club+ Dollar. A maximum of 1 Club+ Dollar may be earned per Club+ membership account during the Promotion Period.
7. The promotional reward pool is limited to 34,000 rewards of 1 Club+ Dollar each (NZD $34,000 in total). A qualifying purchase does not guarantee a reward if the promotional reward pool has already been exhausted.
8. Club+ Dollars will automatically be loaded to eligible Club+ accounts after the end of the Promotion Period.
9. To be eligible to participate in this Offer:
a. you must have purchased an Eligible Product from a Participating Store during the Promotion Period;
b. you must be a current Club+ member;
c. you must consent to Foodstuffs using your name, photo, hometown and image for publicity and promotional purposes (including the display of your name in store) and you must make yourself available for publicity photographs relating to the competition on request for no additional compensation.
Verifying compliance with these terms
10. The Promoters may verify purchases and Club+ account eligibility and may withhold or reverse a reward where a purchase is returned, refunded, cancelled, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Exclusion of liability
11. Subject to any applicable laws that cannot be excluded, Foodstuffs, each Participating Store, the Supplier and their respective employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion or the earning, loading, redemption or use of Club+ Dollars.
Additional terms
12. Club+ Terms and Conditions also apply and can be viewed at clubplus.co.nz. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Club+ Terms and Conditions in relation to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
13. Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, the Promoters may amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond their reasonable control affect the proper operation of the Promotion.
Disputes
14. The Promoters’ decisions concerning the Promotion, including eligibility for a reward, are final, subject to applicable law.
