No-cook fruit purees - stage 1 baby food
There are many naturally sweet fruits that ripen to a soft texture. These can be all be puréed into first foods. If you feel the flavour is too strong add a little baby rice to make it more creamy.
- 3 Dried Apricots
- 1 Apple
- 1 Pear
- Pawpaw, peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots, mangoes and rock melons can all be puréed for first baby foods.
- Remove the skin and seeds then purée.
