Slow cooked roast beef

Ingredients

  • Bolar or Topside Beef

  • 1 Tin Watties Mushroom Soup

  • 1 Packet Maggi French Onion Soup

Method

  1. Place beef in slow cooker.

  2. Mix Concentrated Mushroom Soup & Maggi French Onion Soup together (no water).

  3. Pour over beef & slow cook on low for 6-8 hours.
