Alcohol free grapefruit mimosa
Is there a more quintessential brunch cocktail? A bubbly way to start to any proper Sunday morning (or afternoon)!
- 75ml grapefruit juice
- 75ml alcohol free sparkling wine
- 15ml honey syrup
- Make the honey syrup by dissolving 1 cup of honey with ½ a cup of warm water and allow to cool.
- Build your grapefruit mimosa in a stemless glass. Simply stir the ingredients together and fill with ice.
- Garnish a pink grapefruit wedge on the side.
