Alcohol free pearfect cocktail

- 50ml alcohol free juniper double dry
- 1/2 fresh roughly chopped pear
- Pear slices for garnish
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 10ml apple juice
- 20ml mint cordial
- Soda water
Method
- In your glass, lightly muddle (squash) the pear, thyme and apple juice.
- Add alcohol free juniper double dry, mint cordial and ice.
- Mix it up again and then top with soda, garnish and serve.
