Alcohol free pearfect cocktail

Whatever your plans are, we’ve got the Pearfect cheeky little cocktail to kick off your weekend in style.
Ingredients
50ml alcohol free juniper double dry
1/2 fresh roughly chopped pear
Pear slices for garnish
2 sprigs of thyme
10ml apple juice
20ml mint cordial
Soda water
Method
In your glass, lightly muddle (squash) the pear, thyme and apple juice.
Add alcohol free juniper double dry, mint cordial and ice.
Mix it up again and then top with soda, garnish and serve.
