Alchemy Tonic Pineapple Mojito

Alcohol free pineapple mojito

This alcohol free pineapple mojito is a perfect cocktail for summer entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 100ml pineapple juice

  • 1/2 lime

  • 5 mint leaves

  • Ice

  • 1 alcohol free spiced ginger ale can

Method

  1. Pour 100mls of pineapple juice, the juice of half a lime and 5 mint leaves over ice in a shaker. Shake.

  2. Strain into a glass with fresh ice, top up with alcohol free spiced ginger ale and garnish with a mint sprig.
